You must be aware that to be admissible your report must be serious and factual. Your statement is a serious step and may have implications for those affected.
As such, it is important to carefully consider the veracity of the facts observed and the comments made to avoid being considered defamatory.
For your enlightened information the admissibility of the report will be evaluated through the following points:
- does the description describe a prejudicial situation?
- is the nature of the situation described sufficiently serious?
- are the facts reported contrary to the law, regulations or the Code of Ethics?
- a possible documentation completes the report (photo, document, video ...)
- is the report disinterested and in good faith?
- did the person making the report personally witness the facts reported?
In a principle of respect for confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our collaborators, any report will be subject to a rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit.
The secrecy of the identity of the author of a disinterested report and of good faith will be preserved when he denounces acts contrary to our Code of Ethics, criminals or offenses of which he is personally aware.
